Mohbad's death on September 12, 2023, sparked controversy and led to his swift burial the following day. However, amid widespread public outcry for a thorough investigation into his sudden demise, his body was exhumed for an autopsy, as per police reports.

Following the autopsy, the singer's remains were placed in a morgue.

In a video circulating on X, Prophet Ewulomi has now come forward, expressing a bold demand for access to Mohbad's corpse, with the promise of resurrecting him. In a blend of English and Yoruba, the prophet emphatically stated, "Mohbad can still live again. Give me access to his corpse, and I will awaken him. Yes."
